What the Heck Are Those Things?

What the heck are those things? They look like pancakes They’re pancakes

What it means

A shaky video shows two blue, elongated hanging objects above a red tabletop scattered with small pink pancake-like pieces. The speaker wonders what the strange objects are, guesses they look like pancakes, and then confirms they are pancakes—before the blue objects suddenly collapse or drop among the pieces. C418’s minimalist ambient music from “Wait” gives the absurd reveal a strangely serious, dramatic mood, making the mundane pancake joke feel unexpectedly epic.
