Did Someone Blink?

Text on the meme

Did someone blink? OK: Exit

What it means

A Nikon camera screen shows a group of people with yellow face-detection boxes around their faces. The joke is that the camera is checking whether anyone blinked, turning an ordinary group photo into an absurdly serious inspection. It is used as a reaction to awkward group pictures or moments when everyone looks strangely expressionless.
