Showing Strangers My Algorithm

Text on the meme

showing strangers my algorithm

What it means

A person wheels a large screen through a hardware-store aisle and shows strangers a bizarre stream of algorithm-recommended videos, including surreal cartoons, strange images, and an awkward music clip. The joke is that the algorithm’s chaotic, embarrassing recommendations are being publicly revealed to unsuspecting people, creating secondhand embarrassment and absurd reactions. Music plays underneath the montage, making the sequence feel like a comedic reveal and heightening the awkwardness.
