Watch TV and Play Games

Text on the meme

my dreams have come true. i can now watch tv and play video games at the same time. i love my dorm.

What it means

A dorm room contains two bulky CRT televisions: one displays a racing video game, while the other shows a cartoon. The joke is the outdated but exciting dream of watching TV and gaming simultaneously, shared as a nostalgic reaction to an ideal gaming setup.
