Snake Is Dead But Still Moving

SNAKE IS DEAD CONTINUE EXIT

A long black snake slowly wriggles across sandy ground while a dramatic voiceover announces that the enemy has been attacked and killed. A video-game-style death screen repeatedly appears saying “SNAKE IS DEAD,” but the snake keeps moving, making the joke an absurd contradiction. This works as a reaction to confidently declaring something finished when it clearly is not.

Found the enemy. Commencing attack. Say goodbye. AHHHHHHHHHHH Patrol here. Target's death confirmed. Resume in position. Not so fast. AHHHHHHHHHHH Patrol here. It's the ensuer.
