A customer angrily tells support that they are leaving Uber, while the automated support bot responds with generic troubleshooting advice and then disconnects the chat. The joke is that the bot completely misses the complaint and ironically ends the conversation before the customer can continue. It is used as a reaction to useless customer service or being dismissed by an automated system.
