A very old Turkish grandmother is shown beside a manga panel of a person being surrounded and hugged by cats. The joke is that she supposedly lived so long by stopping Chainsaw Man after Part 1, while the manga panel gives the absurdly wholesome instruction to give her lots of hugs. It is used as a humorous reaction to someone avoiding later developments in a bleak or emotionally devastating series.
