Lightning McQueen Parkinson's Joke

Text on the meme

You won't believe this, but in CARS Lightning McQueen is shown to be shaking a lot This isn't because he was scared It was actually because he was having early symptoms of Parkinson's Disease

What it means

The clip shows Lightning McQueen and other Cars characters driving at night while McQueen appears to shake violently. The captions first frame the shaking as fear, then reveal the punchline: it is supposedly caused by early symptoms of Parkinson's disease. It is an absurd, dark reaction meme about an unexpectedly serious explanation for cartoon-car movement.
