How to take a remote off a green band that’s wrapped around your foot and head with a table tray over your head

What it means

A man sitting on a couch is trapped in a bizarre setup: a green exercise band loops around his foot and head, while a folding table tray rests over him and a remote is caught on the band. He repeatedly reaches and maneuvers until he finally pulls the remote free, making the clip a funny reaction to unnecessarily complicated problem-solving.
