i thought these mf’s got patched when i was a kid

What it means

EN: The camera slowly moves around a person’s leg in green clothing, showing a small red mark on the skin and colorful beads nearby. Over the ominous music “dark fantasy II” by voidseer., the caption says the person thought these marks or “holes” had already been patched when they were a kid; the absurdity comes from treating an ordinary minor flaw as if it were a game bug requiring a patch.
