Immigrant Adapting to Snow

Text on the meme

How well are immigrants adapting to life in your country?

What it means

A person pushes a red lawn mower through a snow-covered residential street, treating it like a snowplow. The joke is that immigrants are supposedly adapting to the local climate and customs in an absurdly literal way, using familiar tools for an entirely different task.
