Text on the meme

R.P.D.

What it means

Claire Redfield from Resident Evil poses in a vintage-style basketball pinup image, wearing an R.P.D. crop top and holding a basketball. The joke is that Wesker supposedly preserved this attractive picture for 50 years, treating a playful character image like a treasured historical artifact.
