Horse Needs His Uma Musume

Text on the meme

he can't eat without his Uma musume

What it means

A horse in a stall refuses to eat from its pink feed bucket while watching the Uma Musume anime on a tablet. The joke is that the horse is humorously portrayed as an obsessive fan who cannot eat without his favorite horse-girl show playing, with upbeat anime music making the scene feel dramatically devoted.
