Testosterone in a Female Assigned Body

Text on the meme

testosterone? in this female assigned body? how queer i guess we doin micro penis now

What it means

A crude two-panel black-and-white drawing shows a gender-ambiguous figure examining hormone molecules in a pipe-like body system. After testosterone appears in a body assigned female at birth, the figure jokes, “i guess we doin micro penis now,” satirizing unexpected masculinizing effects and queer gender experimentation. It is sent as an absurd reaction to hormone changes, bodily ambiguity, or awkward transition humor.
