Suspicious Horse Reads the Terms

Text on the meme

“should i accept all the terms and conditions” suspicious horse that wishes to steal my data:

What it means

A dark horse wearing a halter approaches and repeatedly moves its head behind a fence in a farm paddock. The captions portray it as a suspicious entity waiting for someone to accept all the terms and conditions so it can steal their data, parodying invasive privacy policies and shady online agreements. Björk’s “Pagan Poetry,” an atmospheric art-pop song with an intense, eerie mood, makes the horse’s awkward movements feel ominous and dramatically absurd.
