A dark-mode dashboard lists the most frequently blocked Microsoft and Yandex domains over the last 24 hours. The joke is that Windows appears to generate so much unwanted telemetry that blocking its domains is presented as the reason the operating system is free. This is shared as a sarcastic reaction to Windows telemetry and privacy concerns.
