React Component Re-Rendering Problem

Hey, I'm having a really annoying issue with a React component. It's re-rendering way too often, and I can't figure out why. that's crazy I've tried using React.memo, but it doesn't seem to be helping much. I'm passing down a function as a prop, and I think that might be the problem. no way I was thinking of using useCallback to memoize the function maybe Got any other ideas? not really
