A screenshot of a social media post arguing that claims AI can replace software engineers often come from non-engineers, engineers with limited experience, or attention-seekers. It compares the hype to self-driving cars around 2010, while a reply says that Cursor particularly helps technically skilled people who understand concepts but lack deep expertise in specific programming languages or frameworks. The meme is used to react sarcastically to exaggerated AI-replacement claims.
