TikTok Banned by U.S. Law

Text on the meme

DEPARTMENT OF STATE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA TikTok Banned According to U.S. law, you are prohibited from using TikTok. Please uninstall TikTok immediately.

What it means

A fake official-looking U.S. State Department notice announces that TikTok has been banned and orders the viewer to uninstall it immediately. The joke is the exaggerated, authoritarian presentation of a familiar political controversy as a sudden personal command, making it useful as a reaction to jokes about TikTok bans or government restrictions.
