What it means

The image shows a five-stage processor pipeline diagram labeled instruction fetch, instruction decode, execute, memory access, and writeback. The joke is a warning that CPU pipeline diagrams become increasingly complicated and intimidating, so it is used as a humorous reaction to overwhelming technical explanations or systems.
