How to Kill an Office PC
Hey all, I need help to kill my 20 year old office pc without being noticed by the IT people. I'm tired of working taking tremendous pressure using that 2003 model Dell optiplex and our IT won't give me proper PC as long as this PC turns on. Here's the condition: – Installation are unable. must run through IT desk. – Bios is locked. – Casing is possible to open. (but its the last option) Why? – Because my workstation is super slow, but the management wont replace it with the new one unless its totally broken. Please any idea of sabotage...stupid idea are welcome. (Asking for a friend) 😎
A screenshot of a humorous workplace post asking for ways to sabotage a 20-year-old Dell OptiPlex office computer without alerting IT. The workstation is extremely slow, but management will not replace it until it is completely broken, so the author jokingly requests sabotage ideas and adds “Asking for a friend” as a mock disclaimer. It is used as a reaction to outdated technology, workplace frustration, or wanting to get rid of an unusably slow computer.
