This Meal Prep Stuff Is So Easy

This meal prep stuff is so easy

A short video presents a black meal-prep tray containing a Monster Energy drink, an Oikos protein shake, nicotine pouches, and orange-capped syringe-like items, while the camera shifts between similar trays. The caption says meal prep is easy, turning a collection of energy, protein, and suspicious gym-enhancement supplies into an absurd parody of fitness meal preparation. The energetic track “dont ever let me go” by PearlBlade makes the montage feel dramatically serious, which heightens the joke.
