Noel Gallagher and rei ayanami (drawn by me at home)

What it means

A hand-drawn split portrait combines Noel Gallagher with Rei Ayanami from Neon Genesis Evangelion. The joke comes from blending a British rock musician with an anime character in one intentionally unusual homemade drawing, making it useful as an absurd reaction image.
