I do not appreciate my patience being tested

Text on the meme

can I get the game for free? I'm a pretty big youtuber (200 subs) and was wondering if I could get this game for free, or u can pay me for a good review, I'll give it a bad one if not. i do not appreciate my patience being tested.

What it means

A forum user jokingly demands a free game because they have 200 YouTube subscribers, threatening to give it a bad review otherwise. When the request is ignored, the follow-up message humorously pretends to be an intimidating celebrity with limitless patience issues.
