Blizzard Adds First and Last Names

Text on the meme

Blizzard: “Let’s add first and last names for characters. I’m sure nothing could possibly go wrong!” Looking for Gothmommy Abusive Stepdad Abused Mom Wife Beater Beast Molester Floyd Thebreathers Female Humanoid You are dismissed, Female. Gay Schizo

What it means

Blizzard jokes about adding first and last names to game characters, resulting in a rapid montage of deliberately offensive, absurd, and suggestive names over fantasy video-game footage. The punchline is the escalating bad naming choices, while Toby Fox’s energetic video-game battle music, “Dating Fight!”, makes the montage feel like an increasingly ridiculous boss encounter. It works as a reaction meme for awkward naming decisions, chaotic game humor, or situations where a seemingly harmless change goes horribly wrong.
