Bored and Looking to Rob

Text on the meme

I'm bored. Wish there were someone to rob...

What it means

A cartoon-style thief in a yellow hat stands beside a small red creature and complains, “I'm bored. Wish there were someone to rob...” The joke is the absurdly casual way the character expresses a desire to commit robbery, making it useful as a reaction to boredom or when looking for something mischievous to do.
