Electrons Become Pigs When Observed

Text on the meme

Electrons as soon as they’re observed:

What it means

A Minecraft-style video shows an observation chamber that first appears empty, then reveals a pig standing inside, before the chamber fills with many pigs. The joke parodies the quantum observer effect by treating electrons as if they turn into pigs when watched; DJ THIES’s “Geh nicht weg,” an upbeat electronic dance track with a playful mood, makes the sudden pig reveal and swarm feel more dramatic and absurd.
