What it means

Белый котёнок лежит в самодельных качелях из медицинской маски, подвешенных на верёвках между ножками стола, и раскачивается под песню entertainment.net — «here we go again». EN: A white kitten lies in makeshift swings made from a medical mask, suspended by strings between table legs, rocking to entertainment.net’s “here we go again.” At the end, the kitten jumps out and runs away while the empty mask keeps swinging; the joke comes from the unexpected escape and the comic contrast with the upbeat music. The music sounds like light electronic pop with a repetitive, playful mood, emphasizing the absurdity of the situation.
