Big Hammer Log Workout

BIG HAMMER 🔨

A young man poses in a bathroom mirror under the caption “BIG HAMMER 🔨,” then appears in a rough metal shed lifting and carrying an improvised barbell with a small decorative hammer-like head. He struts around confidently before attempting to move a heavy log, ending with a chaotic slam. The joke is the exaggerated contrast between the tough workout persona and the clumsy homemade strength stunt, making it useful as an absurd reaction to overconfidence or a failed flex.
