I'm Not Addicted Slot Machine Watch

Text on the meme

“I'm not addicted”

What it means

A close-up video shows a person repeatedly winding an expensive gold Girard-Perregaux wristwatch whose three small windows spin like a slot machine, cycling through playing-card and other symbols. The joke is that the owner denies being addicted while compulsively playing the watch like a gambling machine, making it a reaction to ironic denial or obvious obsession.
