What it means

A person holds up a phone displaying a fish image in front of a large aquarium, and a spotted pufferfish swims closer until it fills the frame and appears to match the phone’s picture. The joke is the absurdly perfect underwater “fish recognition” moment, made oddly soothing by Scizzie’s ambient track “aquatic ambience,” whose dreamy music contrasts with the silly visual gag.
