Kafka Beetle Pays Homage

Text on the meme

This is the greatest ever use of my free will. Shoutout to Kafka the hercules beetle for being a good sport for a few seconds and helping me pay homage to Kafka the writer

What it means

A Hercules beetle is placed on a miniature bed, recreating the giant insect scene from Franz Kafka’s “The Metamorphosis.” The joke is that the beetle briefly cooperates with the photographer’s free will so they can humorously pay tribute to Kafka.
