Topic Changes With That One Friend
How fast the topic changes when I'm with that one friend:
A 10.7-second morphing video rapidly transforms a car into a series of bizarre objects and figures, including an exclamation mark, spring, purple-haired woman, bust, and frog-like sculpture. The joke is that conversations with one particular friend change topics at absurd speed; the surreal visual transformations exaggerate that chaotic feeling. Fannie Spore’s “Comptine d'un autre été” plays underneath, adding a gentle, wistful piano mood that makes the frantic topic-switching even funnier as a reaction to unpredictable conversations.
