You Can’t Just Get Serious

Text on the meme

U can’t build a career off being a clown then just get serious lol

What it means

A dramatically red-lit close-up portrait accompanies a tweet joking that someone cannot build a career by acting like a clown and then suddenly become serious. It is used as a sarcastic reaction to people trying to change their public image after years of foolish or unserious behavior.
