Trolley Problem Mistake
You can stop the trolley at any time, but in doing so you need to admit that you made a mistake.
A person stands beside a runaway trolley that is rolling over a long line of people. The joke reframes the trolley problem as a stubborn refusal to stop because doing so would mean admitting a mistake, making it useful as a reaction to doubling down on a bad decision.
