Canada’s New Deputy Prime Minister

Text on the meme

Meet Canada's new Deputy Prime Minister, Omar Alghabra. I wish this was a joke...

What it means

A screenshot announces Omar Alghabra as Canada’s new Deputy Prime Minister, next to a crude drawing of a wild-haired, disheveled face that resembles him. The joke expresses disbelief and mocks his appearance, implying the announcement looks too absurd to be real; it is used as a sarcastic political reaction.
