Walk not Walking

What it means

Two kittens slide and wriggle across a tiled floor instead of walking normally, while the caption jokes that they are “walk not walking.” The absurd synchronized movement becomes a playful reaction to awkward, low-energy, or malfunctioning behavior, accompanied by the music “Head Empty” by Tsundere Twintails.
