CONVERTING TO BOOTISM?

What it means

An anime-style blonde girl points toward another girl in black clothing while question marks float overhead. The joke is a mock-religious reaction to someone changing their style or preferences toward wearing boots, treating “bootism” as a bizarre new belief system.
