Red Button vs Green Button Cars

red: you can, for the rest of your life, have any cars you want, for free, and drive them, and your repairs are all paid for for life, BUT, there is now a 55 mph speed limit everywhere, and it is strictly enforced by drones, and the speed limit can never change nor be less enforced green: there is no more speed limit, and you have a lifetime supply of Kia cars and SUVs (including Genesis luxury models), but that is ALL you can drive.

A 4chan-style hypothetical choice presents two buttons.
