New Year's Kiss with a Tree

Text on the meme

Can't wait for my New Year's kiss

What it means

The camera drives down an empty rural road toward a huge leafless tree, with a small red-and-white roadside marker revealed beside its trunk. The caption sets up romantic anticipation, while the lonely tree and Creed's melancholic post-grunge song “One Last Breath” turn the expected New Year's kiss into a bleak joke about having no romantic partner.
