Frieren Bathroom Makeover

Text on the meme

Just finished up my bathroom in the new apartment lol

What it means

A bathroom is decorated with an anime elf-themed shower curtain and matching wall art, creating an unusually elaborate renovation. The joke is that the person calls this eccentric anime-themed bathroom a normal apartment upgrade, sharing it as a humorous reveal for fellow anime fans.
