What I Saw at My Boss's Desk

Text on the meme

A recreation of what I saw when I was passing my boss's desk

What it means

A simple black-and-white drawing shows a person seated at a desk, looking at a monitor filled with rainbow and pride flags. The joke is that the boss's screen displays an unexpectedly extensive collection of pride flags, making the passerby’s observation amusing and surprising.
