When Bro Cancels Plans but Stays Online

Text on the meme

when bro canceled plans but forgot to appear offline

What it means

A short animated reaction video shows a yellow cartoon character taking a phone call at his computer, followed by an elderly man secretly gaming on a laptop while pretending to be unavailable. The joke is that the friend canceled plans but forgot to hide his online status, exposing that he is still gaming at home. It works as a reaction to catching someone lying about being busy, with music heightening the comic reveal.
