EN: At night, against the background of a snowy monument, hands in red mittens hold a 500-ruble banknote so that it aligns with the image on the pedestal. The joke exaggerates how tiny the advertising income is by comparing it to a single banknote; the caption also sends greetings to the people of Arkhangelsk.
