Cloudflare Outsmarts the Ban
X changed the IP of the servers. Before it was from the 104.244.40.0/21 network that belongs to TWITTER-NETWORK (which is where the operators applied the block) now the IP of X is from the 162.158.0.0/15 network of CloudFlare. Now the operators cannot block CLOUDFLARE because the impact is great. It is using several networks other than CLOUDFLARE. There is no way to block it because thousands of Brazilian companies use CloudFlare. If the operators block it, they block these thousands of companies.
A dark-mode screenshot of an X/Twitter post explains that X changed its server IP network to Cloudflare, making it difficult for Brazilian operators to block the platform without disrupting many Brazilian companies. The joke is that the attempted ban is undermined by routing through a widely used infrastructure provider, turning the censorship effort into a much larger problem.
