What it means

A screenshot of an iPhone Bluetooth settings list shows many disconnected devices, mostly luxury cars, along with “Zoe's Airpods.” The joke implies that the speaker’s girlfriend has had connections with many men who drive expensive cars, using Bluetooth devices as a euphemism for romantic partners. It is sent as a sarcastic reaction to suspected promiscuity or an unexpectedly long list of past connections.
