theyre all thinking mean things about me

What it means

A hand-drawn cartoon shows a person wearing a party hat standing apart while several other people gather together and appear to be ignoring or mocking them. The caption expresses anxious social paranoia: the person assumes everyone is thinking mean things about them, making it useful as a reaction to insecurity, overthinking, or feeling excluded.
