Text on the meme

HARRY POTTER and the YUGOSLAVIE WAR TRIBUNAL J.K. ROWLING BLOOMSBURY

What it means

A parody book cover combines the Harry Potter title design with imagery of a fantasy battle and Slobodan Milošević, who appears superimposed in the foreground. The joke references the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia and presents Milošević’s war-crimes trial as a bizarre Harry Potter sequel. It is shared as a darkly absurd political reaction meme.
