Wii Phone Reveal

Text on the meme

wii phone phone wii phone

What it means

A grainy TV with static is gradually revealed to be displaying a Wii Remote, followed by a polished product-style presentation of several Wii Remotes and the final “phone wii phone” title card. The joke imagines a ridiculous Wii Remote phone, with the dramatic reveal made funnier by Drowning Pool’s aggressive nu metal song “Bodies” and door-like impact sounds. It works as an absurd reaction to an overdramatic or needlessly elaborate invention.
