I Have Captured an Albanian

Text on the meme

Please sirs send help What has happened? I have captured an Albanian Do the needful sirs Why have you done that?

What it means

A fake live-chat exchange shows someone urgently asking for help, then calmly announcing that they have captured an Albanian and asking support staff to “do the needful.” The joke is the absurd escalation and the stereotypical archaic phrasing, used as a reaction to bizarre or nonsensical news.
